Jack C. Shadid age 44, of Altus, Oklahoma died October 29, 1966 in Houston, Texas at the Methodist Hospital. He was born October 22, 1922 in Mangum, Oklahoma to C.A. and Mabama (Taylor) Shadid. He moved to Altus in 1944.
Funeral services for Jack C. Shadid are scheduled for November 1, 1966 at 2:00pm in the First Baptist Church, Altus, officiated by Rev. Gene Garrison. Burial will follow in the Restlawn Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
Jack C. Shadid is survived by his mother Mr. C.A. Shadid, of Altus, Oklahoma; one sister Mrs. Olga Hawkins, Altus, Oklahoma; five brothers, Abe Shadid, Altus, Phil Shadid, Altus; Coy Shadid, Altus, Ned Shadid, Altus, Hoyt Shadid, Altus, Oklahoma.
