James Osia Canada age 68 of Altus, Oklahoma died April 23, 1964 at Memorial Hospital in Altus, Oklahoma. He was born October 3, 1895 in Texas to J.H. Canada. He married Lois Loper June 19, 1921. He had been a resident of Altus since 1925. He was a member of the Odd Fellows and W.O.W.
Funeral services for James Osia Canada are scheduled for April 25, 1964 in the Tims Chapel at 4:00pm officiated by Rev. Lettie Overfield. Burial will follow in the Altus Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
James Osia Canada is survived by his wife of the home, two daughters, Mavis Canada, Altus, Oklahoma; Nadine Winenor, Monroe Louisiana; three brothers, Dossie Canada, California; Reford Canada, California; C.B. Canada, Watsonville, California; three sisters, Mrs. Vida Holley, Watsonville. California; Mrs. Lula May Fletcher, Phenoix, Arizonia; Mrs. Opal Sounders, San Jose, California.
