Obituary for Janell Renee Dakil
Janell Dakil, 22, passed away suddenly Wednesday, June 22, 1983 in Altus, Oklahoma. Funeral services were held at 2:00 pm Saturday June 25th at the First Baptist Church of Altus officiated by Rev. Keith Wiginton and Rev. Dick Chapman. Burial followed in the Restlawn Cemetery.

She was born October 10, 1961 to Tannell F and Mary Jo (Reed) Dakil in Wichita Falls, Texas. She grew up in Altus where she graduated from Altus High School in 1978. She was attending Oklahoma University majoring in advertising and journalism. Janell was a member of the First Baptist Church of Altus and attended Metro Church in Edmond while attending college.

Janell Renee Dakil is survived by her parents, Tannell & Mary Jo Dakil, Altus, Oklahoma; Edna Haynie, Altus, Oklahoma; greg Dakil, Altus, Oklahoma; nephew Bert & Michael, Altus, Oklahoma; grandmother Eva Mae Reed, St. Louis, Missouri.
