Obituary for Jerry Paul Hayslip
Jerry Paul Hayslip, age 31, formerly of Kiowa and Jackson Counties, died Sunday at his home in Tipton of an apparent heart attack.

Funeral services have been set for 2:00 P.M. Wednesday afternoon at the Mountain Park First Baptist Church, officiated by the Reverend Johnny Tims of Tipton. Burial will be in Mountain Park Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Funeral Home.

Born August 5th, 1951 at Hobart, OK, he was the son of the late Paul and Rachelle Hayslip. He was married at Granite on July 17, 1976 to Rachelle Morton who survives of the home. He was engaged in the trucking industry.

Survivors in addition to his wife include: two step-sons, Christopher and David Morton of the home; one sister, Virginia Ryan of Cabot, AR; his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Annie Edgar of Snyder, OK; a number of uncles, aunts and other relatives.
