Obituary for Jessie Lucille Swaffar
Jessie Lucille Swaffar, age 79, died April 24, 1994 in Altus, Oklahoma. Jessie was born July 10th, 1914 to Claude and Bertie (Gaddis) Beaty in Georgia. She married Sherman Swaffar November 4, 1929 in Altus, OK.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Lowell Tims Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Melvin Moody officiating. Burial will follow in the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home.

Survivors include: her husband, Sherman Swaffar of Altus, OK; a son, Donald Swaffar and wife Billie Ruth of Texas; two sisters, Alice Fox of Altus, OK and Lois Kirby of Lytle, TX; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; three brothers and two sisters.
