Obituary for Jimmy Willard Smith
Mr. Jim W. Smith, age 35, former resident of Hobart, Oklahoma, died early Monday morning at Belaire Hospital in Houston, Texas of an apparent heart attack.

Funeral services have been set for Wednesday, 3:00 P.M., at the Hobart First Christian Church, officiated by the Reverend Kenneth Tobler of Weatherford. Burial will be in Rose Cemetery under direction of Lowell Funeral Home of Altus.

Born September 23rd, 1942 in Guthrie, Oklahoma, he was a graduate of Hobart High Schools and a graduate of Southwestern University. At the time of his death he was employed as a teacher with the Houston Public Schools. He was the son of the late Willard P. Smith, formerly Principal with the Hobart School Systems.

Survivors include his mother, Minnie Mae Smith of Weatherford, Oklahoma; one brother, Jerry Frank Smith of Brownsville, TX; one sister, Mrs. Molly Sue Soorsatto of California.
