Obituary for John D. Foley
John D. Foley, age 44, of Altus, Oklahoma, died Sunday, July 3rd, 1994, in the Jackson County Memorial Hospital.
Services have been scheduled for 10:30 a.m., Wednesday at the Lowell Tims Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home.
John was born February 19th, 1950 in San Francisco, CA to Henry and Jimmie Foley. He graduated high school in 1968 and became a member of the National Guard. He established Foley's Service Center on February 1, 1986. John married Debra Petzold December 30, 1989. John was a longtime member of the JayCee's and the National Hot Rod Association. He was an acknowledged race car driver. John and Debra attended Our Savior Lutheran Church.
Survivors include: his Mother, Jimmie Joyce (Brantley) Foley of Lawton, Oklahoma; his wife, Debra Foley of the home; two children, Drew Wilson Foley and Trevor Scott Foley, both of Altus, Oklahoma; one brother, Terry Foley; two sisters, Joyce Holleque of Arlington, TX and Jeri Austin of Norman, OK; as well as 30 nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father.
