Obituary for John Gould Smith
Mr. John Gould Smith, age 77, former resident of Eldorado, died Monday night at Colonial Nursing Home in Hollis.

Funeral services have been set for 3:00P.M., Wednesday at the Eldorado First Baptist Church, officiated by the Reverend Max Graham. Burial will be in Eldorado Cemetery under direction of Lowell Funeral Home.

Born November 11th, 1903 in Arkansas, he was married to the late Leta Lamb. She died in 1977. He was a retired farmer in the Eldorado Community but had been confined for a number of years due to failing health. He was a member of the Eldorado First Baptist Church.

Survivors include: one daughter, Mrs. Kathryn Kinney of Altus; one sister, Mrs. Marie Newman of Peoria, AZ; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a number of nieces.
