Obituary for Joyce Marie Marks
Services for Joyce Marie Marks, age 62, of Lone Wolf, OK, have been scheduled for 10 A.M., Tuesday, at the Lowell Tims Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday night at the Funeral Home.
Mrs. Marks was born September 25th, 1931 in Eldorado, Oklahoma to Edward and Wanda (Holloway) Robnett. She moved back to this area six years ago from Ventura, CA. Joyce was a lifelong member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #4876 and the Amvets Post 19 Auxiliary. She had retired as Program Director of the Rehabilitative Services of Native Americans.
Survivors include: one daughter, Linda Ates of Lone Wolf, OK; three brothers, Keith Robnett and Gerald Robnett, both of Phoenix, AZ and Jim Robnett of Tulare, CA; two sisters, Bea Thomason of Lone Wolf, OK and Barbara Wood of Cross Plain, TX; four grandchildren, Tamara, Timothy, Barbara and James; eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by: her parents.
