Obituary for Juanita Irene Gravitt
Our mother and friend, Juanita Gravitt, went to be with Jesus on Jan 16th, 2009.
She was in Bristow, OK on June 1st, 1928 to Ethel and Manzo Machlan. She lived in Altus for over thirty years an was employed and retired from the State of Oklahoma employment division. She had many friends and will be greatly missed by all. She loved going to church and Sunday school every week. She
Cherished animals and tried to save them all. We thank you mom for all you gave us and taught us.
Juanita is survived by her son Andrew Jackson lll and wife Christine of Raleigh, NC and daughter Susan Campbell and husband James of Farmington, NM. She is also survived by many grandchildren. She is preceded in death by sisters Joyce Richards and Regina Phillippi
A memorial service will be held at the First Presbyterian Church of Altus
On Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Alzheimer"s Foundation of America in memory of Juanita Gravitt.

Local arrangements are under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home.
