Obituary for Julia McGinnis Dominguez
Julia J. McGinnis Dominguez, age 81, passed away on March 21, 2004 at the Mariner Nursing Home in Arlington, Texas. She was born September 16, 1922 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to George Allen McGinnis and Lola Alice Cox. She was a graduate of Friendship School and lived in Altus for most of her life. She is preceded in death by her two brothers, Spurgeon McGinnis and Hershel McGinnis and her sister, Aleen Ferrante. Survivors include her four daughters, Julia J. Cross of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Bena Janet Harrison of Grand Prairie, Texas, Nannette Glover of Graham, Texas and Debra Rusk of Irving, Texas. She had eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. There will be graveside services at Altus Memorial Cemetery, Wednesday, March 24, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. Arrangements are under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home.
