Obituary for Justin Ray Freeze
Justin Ray Freeze, 31, resident of Lubbock, Texas passed away January 24, 2019.
Justin was born in Altus, Oklahoma to Gary and Christy (Dart) Freeze on September 22nd, 1987.
He was raised and educated in Altus, Oklahoma and attended Altus High School. At the age of
eleven he suffered a stroke, but Justin didn't allow this to define his life. He loved his Lord with all
his heart and soul. He enjoyed singing, being around friends and family he was quite the social
butterfly. Before his illness he had dreams and aspirations of being a minister. Justin was always
inquisitive and would begin most sentences with "I have a question" and from this he developed
the nickname Question Mark. He loved the taste of all sorts of foods and treasured the snacks
that his friends and family would bring him.
Justin is survived by his father Gary and stepmother Debbie Freeze of Altus, Oklahoma; mother,
Christy and stepfather Earl Woods of Tipton, Oklahoma; brother Brandon Scott Freeze fiancee
Kassy Duke of McKinney, Texas; nephews, Roper Sullivan of Mangum, Oklahoma, Bray
Stephens of McKinney, Texas, Paternal Grandparents, Ron and Jerene Freeze of Altus,
Oklahoma, Maternal Grandmother LaDean and Bill Dickson of Altus, Oklahoma.
He was welcomed at the gates of heaven by his maternal grandfather Christopher Dart.
The Freeze family will receive friends 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday, January 28, 2019 at Lowell -
Tims Funeral Home, Altus, Oklahoma.
Services will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Altus,
Oklahoma with Reverend Boyd Whitehead officiating.
