Keith Eugene Henry, age 65, of Mangum, passed away Sunday, June 28, 2009, at Midwest Regional Medical Center in Midwest City, Oklahoma.

Mr. Henry was born on September 15, 1943, in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to Simon Franklin and Leola (Hopkins) Henry. Shortly after his birth, the family moved to McCurtain, Oklahoma where he attended school. Beginning a life-long career of painting, Keith moved to Tulsa where he spent several years painting in a steel shop. In the late 80"s, he moved to Mangum where he worked in a local caf" until his health forced him to retire. On February 25, 1994, he married Pat Mills, in Mangum, where he resided until his death.

Preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Luther Henry and Mose Oliver Henry and one sister, Inez Henry, he is survived by his wife, Pat, of the home; one daughter, Keiva, of the home; three step-children, Robert Miller and wife Christi of Piedmont, Oklahoma, Tammy Payne and husband Billy of Mangum and Crystal Gallardo and husband Henry of Homestead, Florida; two sisters, Geneva Wright of Taft, California and Delois Bartholdi of Wynnewood, Oklahoma; eight grandchildren; one great granddaughter and many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services for Keith Henry will be at 10 a.m., Thursday, July 2, 2009, at the Greer Funeral Home Chapel with Joe Jackson officiating. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery under the direction of Greer Funeral Home of Mangum.

The family will greet friends on Wednesday, July 1, 2009, from 6 until 7 p.m., at Greer Funeral Home.
