Kelcy A Higgs was born March 11th, 1886 In Tennessee to T. Z. and Alice Higgs. He married Eva Muse December 30, 1908. Kelcy is survived by his Wife of the home in Martha, Oklahomas. Kelcy is survived by his wife of the home in Martha, Oklahoma, One daughter: Mrs. Bob Clinkscale, Three sons: James of Altus, Oklahoma, Charles of Santa Ana, California and Winston of Altus, Oklahoma.

Mr. Higgs passed away October 11, 1964 at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital. Services are scheduled for Monday, October 13, 1964 At 2:00 P. M. at the Martha Methodist Church with Jess Marlin, O. E. Weeks and R. E. Savage officiating. Interment will follow at the Martha Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
