K’letta Jo Garrison passed away May 3, 2025, at the age of 67 years old. She was born in Hobart, Oklahoma on August 26, 1957, to Glenn Harrison and Esther McCormick. She attended school in Hobart and graduated from Mt. Park in 1975.
K’letta ran an in-home daycare for 10 years, sold Avon, worked at Beep-n-Peep and devoted 35 years of her life to being a CNA in nursing homes. She retired at the age of 59. During her retirement, she helped with Toys for Tots program for 3 years and was the administrator for the Facebook group Grapevine. She was friends with everyone and always had a smile on her face.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Glenn Garrison and wife Diane, Esther McCormick McGolden; grandparents, Homer and Josephine Garrison and Charlie and Virgie Wisdom; Siblings, Bobby Garrison, Pamela Garrison; Nephew, Dallan Welch; Aunt and Uncles, Rod Garrison and Glenda and Virgil Beatty.
She is survived by John McGolden of Yukon; Siblings, Rodney Glenn Garrison of Ardmore, Oklahoma, Clyde Ray McCulough of Eakly, Oklahoma, Jerri Lynn Ynguanzo and husband Doroteo of Hobart, Oklahoma; Nieces, Mariah Lynn Ynguanzo of Hobart, Oklahoma, Sarah Grace Ynguanzo of Hobart, Oklahoma; As well as numerous extended family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held at the Washington Street Baptist Church in Hobart, Oklahoma on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 2:00 P.M
