Obituary for Leo J. Bryan
Leo J. Bryan, 84, died Tuesday at his residence. Services are scheduled for Thursday, March 4, at the Lowell-Tims Chapel with Rev. C.W. Ramsey officiating.
Interment will be in the North Burns Cemetery under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home.
Mr. Bryan was born on June 9, 1908, to George and Nettie Bryan in New Mexico. He married Thelma M. King on May 14, 1942 in Claremore, Oklahoma. They were Baptised in February 1944 in the Olivett Baptist Church of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
They moved here from Burns Flat in 1955. He retired from the Cotton Co-Op several years ago.
Survivors include wife Thelma M. Bryan of Altus, Oklahoma; brothers W.P. Bryan of Burns Flat, Oklahoma; Pat H. Bryan of Jones, Oklahoma; sisters, Ina Mae Smoot of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Oleta Ford of Clovis, New Mexico; several nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by parents, one brother and one sister.
