Obituary for Lester Darrell Elliott
Lester Darrell Elliott age 57, passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2005 at Jackson County Memorial Hospital.

Darrell was born August 13, 1947 in Altus, Oklahoma to Lester E. and Letha (Cagle) Elliott and was a lifelong resident of Altus.

Darrell worked at Southwest Enterprise as a paper stacker. he loved horseback riding, rodeos and listening to Country and Western music. he attended Elm and Hudson Church of Christ in Altus.

Darrell was preceded in death by his parents, his grandparents, and one great-nephew, Blake Hagen.

He is survived by three sisters, Jo Brock and husband Bob of Altus, Oklahoma, Imogene Miller of Lubbock TX, Nelda McClain and husband Dale of Perryton, TX; four nephews, Tim Hagen and wife Lori of Warren, Oklahoma, Mike Lanning of Texas, Larry Burnett and wife Karen of Lubbock Texas; three nieces, Kim Janning and husband Larry of Sherman, Texas, Beverly Dwyer and husband John of Texas, Judy Macon ;and husband Johnny of Amarillo, Texas, two great-nieces, Laina and Jennna Janning of Sherman, Texas.

Grave side services for Lester Darrell Elliott will be held Thursday, July 14, 2005 at 10:00 am at Restlawn Cemetery with Jerry Don Henry officiating. Services are under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home.
