Obituary for Lillian Manervia Van Wilkerson
Lillian Wilkerson age 76 of Altus, Oklahoma died October 14, 1966 in Wichita, Kansas. She was born January 25, 1890 in Chattanooga, Tennessee to Martin B. and Sarah Lucretia (McReynolds) Vann. She married Carl Wilkerson November 4, 1907 in Pikeville, Tennessee. She moved to Jackson County in 1908 and settled in Olustee, Oklahoma. Lillian moved to Altus, Oklahoma in 1921, then moved to Wichita, Kansas in 1963.

Funeral services for Lillian Wilkerson are scheduled for Sunday, October 16, 1966 at 2:30pm in Tims Chapel of Memories, Altus, officiated by Dr. Lee Bowles. Burial will follow in the Restlawn Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.

Lillian Wilkerson is survived by two sons, Merle Wilkerson, Altus, Oklahoma; Hershel V. Wilkerson, Wichita, Kansas; two grandchildren, Ken Wilderson, Cape Kennedy, Florida; Mrs. Susan Blue, Tulsa, Oklahoma; four great-grandchildren, five sisters, Mrs. Tom Wilson, Clarksville, Tennessee; Mrs. J. F. Agee, Pikeville, Tennessee; Mrs. Arthur Lowe, Crossville, Tennessee; Mrs. W. P. Graham, Sparta, Tennessee, Mrs. Alta Edmund, McMinnville, Tennessee; one brother, Mr. Hope Vann, Hermitage, Tennessee.
