Lillie Oline Anderson was born October 17th, 1919 in Honey Grove, Texas to Ed and Mae Belle (Sorrells) Price and passed from this life on October 25th, 1971 in Altus, Oklahoma at the age of 52 years ad 8 days. Oline lived practically all her life in Jackson County, was a member of the Friendship Baptist Church and was a cook Rivers Elementary School.
Mrs. Anderson is preceded in death by her Parents and two sons, Donald and Glen Anderson.
Oline is survived by her husband, Vollie Anderson, of the home in the Friendship Community, three sons: Darvle Anderson of Holtville, California, Dale Anderson of Duncan, Oklahoma and Bruce Anderson of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, two sisters: Mrs Nadine Buck of Los Angeles, California and Mrs. C. E. McGuffin of Mangum, Oklahoma, One brother, Alfred Price of Altus Oklahoma. Also surviving are six grandchildren.
Services for Lillie Oline Anderson are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 27, 1971 at the Friendship Methodist Church with Rev. Billy Walker and Rev. Madison Clinton officiating. Burial will follow at the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
