Lily O. McDaniel, 53, passed away Thursday, October 26, 1995, at the Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Mrs. McDaniel was born on June 28, 1942, in Helsinki Finland to Erik Uolevi and Lily Mady (Artos) Halttunen. She married Donald McDaniel on November 14, 1969, in Honolulu, Hawaii. They traveled extensively before settling in Elmer in 1979. Mrs. McDaniel was a member of the Alumini of Southern Illinois University and Webster University. She belonged to the Full Gospel Non-Denominational Faith.
Mrs. McDaniel was preceded in death by her father and by one sister.
She is survived by Donald, her husband of 25 years; one son, Mike McDaniel of Vernon, Texas; her mother, Lily Mady Halttunen of Helsinki, Finland; and a host of family and friends.
