Obituary for Loretta Sanders
Loretta Jean (Lyons) Sanders was born August 1st, 1967 in Altus,
Oklahoma to Bertrue and Lorene (Brown) Lyons.
Loretta attended all Altus schools until going to high school and
graduating top ten of her class from Frederick High School in 1985. She
was also in the book of Who's Who.
After high school, she worked numerous jobs in Altus before moving to
Oklahoma City where she obtained her degree and a career in nursing. Loretta
worked at nursing homes, where she specialized working on the Alzheimers
unit. She worked in the medical field for many years as an LPN until her
early retirement.
Loretta was a dedicated prayer warrior and member of International
Prayer and Worship Ministries in Oklahoma City. She had a special gift of
intuition. She was a big supporter, comforter, and giver to those in need and
not in need. She loved spending time with family and friends and watching
forensic shows. Loretta was a dynamic mother, daughter, granddaughter,
sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend.
She leaves to cherish her memory, three daughters, Brittany Williams
(Xon Williams) of Edmond, OK , Markeisha Lyons (father Jerry King) of
Oklahoma City, OK, and Shebrell Young (father Franklin Young), two
adopted daughters, Felecia Randell and Samantha Bailey; Seventeen
Grandchildren: Malaijah, Makele, Konstance, Aniya, Aiden, Alauna, Xoniya,
Dennice, Kameron, Deasean, Sayveonna, Max, Zayam, Emmanuel, Quorra,
Anthony, and Brooklyn; Siblings: Willie (Bill) Cramer (EsVanilla Cramer)
of Fredrick, OK; Donald Cramer (Teresa Cramer) of Yukon, OK; James
Wilson of Oklahoma City, OK; Linda Alison (Bobby Allison) of Altus, OK;
Duke Cramer of California; Aunts: Thelma Carrington of Okemah, OK and
Ruth Brown of Oklahoma City, OK; a host of Nephews, Nieces, Great
Nephews and Nieces, Cousins, bonus brothers and sisters and friends in
Altus, Frederick, Oklahoma City, and Texas.
She is preceded in death by her mother and father Bertrue and Lorene
Lyons, maternal grandparents Deacon Jodie and Missionary Nancy Brown,
paternal grandparents Tom Lyons and Teena McCullough; many aunts,
uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and sister Anita Jones.
