Obituary for Marietta Madden
Marietta Madden, age 85 of Altus, Oklahoma, passed away November 19, 2002 at the Grace Living Center. Graveside Services, under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home of Altus, are set for 2:00 p.m., Thursday, November 21, 2002 at the Altus City Cemetery. Bill Osborne will officiate.

Marietta Madden was born July 15, 1917 in Blair, Oklahoma to parents Thomas Coston and Pricie (Tibbits) Coston. She was united in marriage to Paris William Madden in Altus on December 15, 1962. They enjoyed many years of marriage. She worked as a hairdresser and together with P. W. they owned the Madden "66" service station. She enjoyed her family and friends and had a great love of reading and poetry.

She is survived by her sister, Melba Marshall of Altus, Oklahoma; granddaughter, Jennifer Witucki of Altus, Oklahoma; great-granddaughter, Hanah Witucki and great-grandson, Tommy Joe Gallegos and one niece Tracy Wapaha and son-in-law Joe Denton.

She was preceded in death by her husband, P. W.
