Obituary for Mary Frances Jenkins
Mary Frances Jenkins, 91, of Altus, passed away Sunday, February 26, 2012, at Plantation Village Nursing Home in Altus.

Mary was born January 20, 1921, in Matador, Texas, to Jim and Sarah (Dowd) Lee. She married R.W. Jenkins in 1953 in Matador, Texas, and he preceded her in death January 25, 1978. Mary loved the Lord and was a faithful member of the Church of Christ.

Preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two brothers, Wylie Lee and Gene Lee, and two sisters, Merle Lee and Robbie Wood, Mary is survived by one son, A.W. "Buddy" Jenkins and wife Angela of Altus; one step-daughter, Brenda Williams; two granddaughters, Angie Smith and husband Josh of Altus, and Crystal Quintero of Aspermont, Texas; two grandsons, Jeff Cerda and wife Amy of Lowden, Iowa, and Chris Cerda of McCook, Nebraska; great-grandchildren, Cheyenne, Jewell, Jaycee, and Cutter Smith of Altus; Chelsea and Paige Wall of Abilene, Texas; Riley Ellison of Aspermont, Texas; and Carly and Hannah Cerda of Lowden, Iowa; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Graveside Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 29, 2012, at the Levelland Cemetery in Levelland, Texas, with Jay Kelley officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home in Altus and George C. Price Funeral Directors in Levelland, Texas.
