Obituary for Mary Jewell Johnson
Mrs. H. G. "Jewell" Johnson, age 77, of 316 N. Hudson, died Monday morning at her residence, of an apparent heart attack.

Funeral services have been set for 2:00 P.M., Tuesday at Lowell Memorial Chapel, officiated by the Reverend James Mahan. Burial will be in Altus City Cemetery under direction of Lowell Funeral Home.

Born March 8th, 1900 near Hot Springs, AR, she was married in 1917 to H. C. "Doc" Johnson who survives of the home. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.

Additional survivors include: two daughters, Mrs. Florene Hager of Dallas, TX and Mrs. Sue Blackman of Oklahoma City, OK; three sisters; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
