Mary Margaret Lockwood died Monday, December 29th, 1986 at Albuquerque, New Mexico, at the age of 63.
Services have been made for 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 3, 1987, at Lowell Memorial Chapel, officiated by The Reverend Bill Davis. Burial will be in the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Funeral Home.
Born December 30th, 1922 at Altus, the daughter of R. H. and Lettie Mae Whitwell. She was married to Dalton Paris Lockwood November 15, 1941 in Altus, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death June 25, 1977. She was a member of the Altus Baptist Church. The last five years she made her home in Albuquerque, NM.
Survivors include: three daughters, Mrs. Betty Connel of Hobbs, NM, Mrs. Mary Anne Hull of San Antonio, TX and Mrs. Melba Stelzner of Albuquerque, New Mexico ; one son, Leslie Dalton Lockwood of Texas; her Mother, Lettie Mae Whitwell of Clinton, OK; two sisters, Mrs. Darlene DeVilbiss of San Antonio, TX and Joyce Frank of Clinton, OK; nine grandchildren.
