Mathilda Petzold age 85 of Altus, Oklahoma died January 16, 1966 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born November 13, 1880 in Giddings, Texas to Gus Temple. She married Herman Petzold and he preceded her in death November 9, 1957.

Funeral services for Mathilda Petzold are scheduled for January 18, 1966 in Tims Chapel at 2:00pm officiated by Rev. George Hrbek. Burial will follow in the Altus Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.

Mathilda Petzold is survived by four sons, Albert Petzold, Pilot Point, Texas; Carl Petzold, Rochester, Michigan; Emil Petzold, Granite, Oklahoma; Ervin Petzold, Altus, Oklahoma; five daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Kretzschmar, Seal Beach, California; Mrs. Ester Schmidt, Houston , Texas; Mrs. Freida Bishop, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Mrs. Martha Krueger, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Mrs. Christine Jackson, Long Beach, California; two brothers, four sisters, twenty-nine grandchildren, fourty-one great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren.
