Miguel Luna Jr. 29 of Tulia, Texas passed away on December 24, 2018 in Hall County, Texas.
Miguel was born August 13, 1989 in Altus, Oklahoma to Miguel Luna Sr. and Rebecca (Aguilar) Luna. Miguel graduated from Hollis High School in the year 2007. He married his loving wife, Marcah (Gutierrez) Luna on April 20, 2014 in Hollis, Oklahoma. Of this marriage, they have four daughters. Miguel enjoyed cooking, fishing, spending time with his family, traveling, going to casinos, cheering for the Eagles football team, hanging out with friends, and supporting and encouraging his daughter's in their school activities and sports. Miguel was a member of Our Lady Guadalupe Catholic Church in Hollis. He was active in the youth group when he was younger, and as a youth was an Alter Server.
He is proceeded in death by his Great Grandparents; Gilberto and Dominga Aguilar, Jose and Juanita Macias. Grandparents; Inez and Henrietta Luna. Aunt, Aurora Morales. Uncles; Jesus Luna, Edward Trujillo, Miguel Antonio Aguilar. Cousins; Sylvia Vargas and Gilberto Hernandez.
Miguel is survived by his wife Marcah and daughters; Leyah Luna, Ileigh Luna, Zoe Balderas, and Alizae Balderas of Tulia, Texas. Father, Miguel Luna Sr. of Hollis, Oklahoma, Mother, Rebecca Ann Luna of Hollis, Oklahoma. Brother Emilio Luna of San Antonio Texas. Sister Beatriz Luna of Hollis, Oklahoma. Grandparents; Candelario and AnaMaria Aguilar of Hollis, Oklahoma. Aunts and Uncles; Dianna and BJ Guerra of Arlington, Texas, JoAnn and David Slaughter of Goodwell, Oklahoma, Beatrice and Joe Pantoja of Hollis, Oklahoma. Henrietta Saavedra of Hollis, Oklahoma, David and Diana Luna of Altus, Oklahoma, Daniel Luna of Hollis, Oklahoma, Sylvia Trujillo, of Altus, Oklahoma, Adam and Susie Luna of Hollis, Oklahoma, Sandra and Freddie Aguilar of Hollis, Oklahoma, Ben and Keila Luna of Hollis, Oklahoma. Father-in-law and Mother-in-law, Baldo and Ruth Gutierrez of Tulia, Texas. Sisters-in-law; Micah and husband, Tanner Rose of Hollis, Oklahoma, and Meagan and husband, Jonathan Jordan of Plainview, Texas. Nieces; Taylin Rose, Xeacey and Xeajri Jordan. Nephews; Kye Gutierrez, Javan Herrera, Zaden Rose, Xearon and Xeathan Jordan. Numerous cousins and extended family members.
A Rosary Visitation will be held at 6:00 pm on Friday, December 28, 2018 at the Harmon County Funeral Home in Hollis, Oklahoma.
Funeral Mass services will be at 10:00 am on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Hollis, Oklahoma.
