Obituary for Mildred Marie Evans
Mrs. Mildred Marie Evans, age 75, former resident of Altus, died Saturday morning at the Garland Senior Citizens Nursing Home, Garland, Texas.

Funeral services have been set for 2:00 o'clock Tuesday at the Lowell Memorial Chapel, officiated by the Reverend Richard McIllnay. Burial will be in Restlawn Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Funeral Home.

Born September 8th, 1906 at Whitney, TX, she was married at Marlin, TX December 17, 1935 to the late Jess G. Evans who died October 21, 1968. She was a long time member of the Methodist Church and a lifetime member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

Survivors include: one son, Mr. H. D. (Rusty) Wright of Richardson, TX; one brother, Mr. W.R. Pardo of Hearne, TX; one sister, Mrs. Clyde Cheek of Waco, TX; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
