Former Altus resident, M. T. Lincecum, age 101 of Kerrville, Texas passed away Sunday, November 26, 1995, in Kerrville, Texas. Mr. Lincecum had been a resident of Kerrville since 1990. He was born June 7, 1984 in Temple, Texas. He was an operator of a Wholesale Grocery Company, and was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Kerrville. On May 13, 1923, he and Lois Malinda Roberts were united in marriage. Mrs. Lincecum preceded him in death April 4, 1988. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Altus, and had received his 70 year pin. He had served in the United States Army during World War I. Mr. Lincecum was preceded in death by his parents; wife Lois Lincecum on April 4, 1988 and l son; M. T. Lincecum, Jr.

He is survived by two children; Mary L. Meadows and husband Tom of Kerrville, Texas and Robert L. Lincecum and wife Nelda of Houston, Texas. One brother Travis Lincecum of Lubbock, Texas and four grandchildren, Robert Meadows, Brit Meadows, John Lincecum and Matt Lincecum; three great grandchildren Melynda Meadows, P. J. Meadows and Mary Lynn Meadows.
Graveside Services will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 27, 1995, in the Altus City Cemetery. Those who desire may make memorial contributions to the Organ Fund of the First Methodist Church in Kerrville, Texas. Local arrangements are under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home.
