Mrs. Ballard was born November 20, 1876 in Texarkana, Arkansas. She passed away on October 20th, 1966 at Irving, Texas. Services will be at the Faith Church of Nazarene, Friday at 2:00 p.m. With Rev. L, D. Roland officiating. Graveside services will be at the Altus City Cemetery on Saturday at l0:00 a.m. with Tims Funeral Home in charge of arrangement. The family will be at Mrs. W. A. Ballard's home at 603 West Cypress, Altus, Oklahoma after service on Friday.

Mrs. Ballard is survived by one daughter, Nina Goen of Irving, Texas and one granddaughter and 4 great grandchildren. Several Nieces and nephews and many friends.
