Obituary for Nellie Fay Burke
Mrs. Nellie Fay Burke, age 78, of 605 East Commerce and long time resident of Altus, died Wednesday night at Jackson County Memorial Hospital, following a lengthy illness.

Funeral services have been set for Saturday, 2:00 P.M., at the First United Methodist Church, officiated by Rev. C. C. Gober and assisted by Rev. Clayton Hughes. Burial will be in Restlawn Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Funeral Home.

Born November 9th, 1895 at Pottsboro, Texas, she was married in 1916 at Hobart to Wesley Burke who survives of the home. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.

Additional survivors include: one daughter, Mrs. Doris Scott of Eldorado; one sister, Mrs. Clara Jackman of Altus; one brother, Mr. Everett Foster of Norman, OK; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
