Obituary for Ocie Mae Moore
Ocie Mae Moore, age 88, of Duke, Oklahoma was born November 21st, 1907 in Texas, the daughter of the late Claude and Rosa Lee (Barrington) Franks. Mrs. Moore passed away Wednesday, September 18th, 1996, in the Comanche County Memorial Hospital in Lawton, Oklahoma ae after a brief illness.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 20, 1996, in the Lowell Tims Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Greg Hall officiating. Burial will follow in the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home.
She and Lee Roy Moore were united in marriage in Quanah, Texas. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Duke, Oklahoma.
Survivors include: her husband, Lee Roy Moore of the home; two children, Bob Moore and wife Lana of Quanah, Texas and Wendell Moore of Vega, Texas; six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by: her parents; one daughter, Bernice Powell.
