Ofelia Jaramillo gained her wings on Sunday, September 12, 2021, at the age of 86. She was born on December 27, 1934, in Mathis, TX to Pedro Sandoval and Angelita Leos. After her mother’s untimely death, she was raised by her grandfather Sebastian Leos.
Ofelia was a champ at scrabble, dominoes and crossword puzzles. She loved to play bingo and enjoyed visits from her children and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandfather, grandchildren-Jeffrey Ortiz and Rachel Jaramillo, sons-in-law-Flores Ortiz and David Montañez.
She was a loving mother of 10 children. Survivors include: Alvilda Ortiz of Hollis, OK; Alma Montañez of Fort Worth, TX; Angela Coronado & husband Ray of Altus, OK; Manuel Jaramillo of Jacksonville, NC; Ricardo Jaramillo and wife Deb of Harvest, AL; Jaime Jaramillo and wife Maggie of Richmond, TX; Danny Jaramillo of Hollis, OK; Nori Banda and husband Jesse of Hollis, OK; Javier Jaramillo and wife Carmen of Murrieta, CA, Belinda Flores of Hollis, OK; 28 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren & 1 great great grandchild.
