Olen Cecil Kingery, 78, 0f Eldorado, died Tuesday in the Comanche Memorial Hospital in Lawton. Services have been set for Friday, August 13, 1993 at 11:00am at the Corinth Baptist Church with Rev. Chris Carr and Rev. Don Ladner officiating. Burial will be in the Eldorado Cemetery under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home.
Mr. Kingery was born August 12, 1914 in Bethlehan, Arkansas to George Kingery and Effie Kingery. He moved to the Eldorado area in 1921 where he farmed until his retirement. He married Rita Crenshaw December 16, 1978 in Altus. He was a member of the Oddfellow Lodge of Eldorado and the Corinth and the Corinth Baptist Church for many years.
Survivors include wife Rita Kingery of Eldorado, Oklahoma; stepchildren, LaBoyd Searcey and Francis of Norman, Oklahoma; Lloyd Wayne Searcey of Ramona of Clinton, Oklahoma; brother, George Kingery of Del Norte, Colorado; sisters, Gracie Toland of Terrell, Texas; Lela Davis and Syble Hunter of Athens, Texas; Jane Lee and Myrtle Smithers of Hollis, Oklahoma and Hop, Arkansas; Ora Coward of Liberal, Kansas; Mildred Adams of Dodge City, Kansas; nine grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, seven great, great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by, mother and father , first wife, Opal Olene Kingery, two daughters, Netta Jean Toma, and Olene Coberly, and one infant daughter Jerri June.
