Obituary for Ollie Upton Mitchell
Ollie Upton Mitchell, age 77, died Sunday morning in the Chillicothe, Texas Hospital, after a long illness.

Funeral services have been set for 2:00 P.M., Tuesday at the First United Methodist Church in Eldorado, officiated by the Reverend Gary Strickland and assisted by the Reverend Elbert Shumaker. Burial will be in the Eldorado Cemetery, under direction of Lowell Funeral Home.

Born October 2nd, 1902 at Thackerville, Oklahoma, he came to Eldorado as a small child, and has farmed in the community all of his adult life. He was married to Thelma Neta Crelia on March 8, 1923 at Olustee, OK.

Survivors, in addition to his wife, include: one son, Kenneth Mitchell and one daughter, Neta Terry of Eldorado; four granddaughters; two grandsons; eight grandchildren.
