Opal Tilley, 64, longtime Jackson County resident died at her home over the weekend. Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00pm Saturday at the Olustee Cemetery officiated by Jack Cummins. Arrangements are with Lowell-Tims funeral Home.

Ms. Tilley was born May 13, 1927 at Mangum. she moved with her parents at a early age to the Olustee area. She had been a resident of Altus since 1967. She was a member of the Thomas Street Church of Christ.

Ms. Tilley is survived by her aunt Evalyn Tilley, Euless, Texas; niece LaVyn Parker, Olustee, Oklahoma.

Tilley was preceded in death by mother & father, sister, Pauline Ellen Tilley-1985, brother, Austin, Vernon 1976, Raymond 1926, Troy 1930.
