Obituary for Orvella Marie Saunders
Orvella Saunders, a cherished Altus resident, died at Plantation Village Nursing Facility after a brief illness on May 26, 2011. She was 85.

Orvella is survived by her sister Doris Quay Chapman of Altus; two cousins, Karen Gordan of Wichita Falls, Texas and Ginger Brown of Louisville, Texas; three nephews, Orville Scott Chapman of Grapevine, Texas, Russell D. Chapman of Plano, Texas and Dr. Randell Barkley Chapman of Edmond, Oklahoma. Orvella also leaves many precious great nieces and nephews and countless friends and loved ones.

Funeral Services have been scheduled for 11:00 am, Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at Lowell-Tims Chapel with Bill Osborne officiating. Interment will follow in the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home.

The family will be receiving guests at Lowell-Tims Funeral Home from 6:30 until 8:00 pm, Monday evening, May 30, 2011.
