Obituary for Patricia Jean Terbush
Funeral services are pending with Lowell Funeral Home, for Mrs. Patricia Jean Terbush, age 34, of 1037 Elk in Altus, the victim of a fatal car crash, occurring shortly after midnight on Sunday approximately two miles north of Snyder on Highway 183. She and her family were returning to Altus having attended the 4th of July activities at Mt. Park.
Survivors include: her husband, Thomas Terbush, assigned to the 57th MAS, Altus Air Force Base; two sons, Thomas E. and Lonnie Ray Terbush, of the home; one daughter, Miss Margaret E. Terbush, of the home and who remains hospitalized; two brothers, Hoover Robbins of Vacaville, CA and Allen Morris of Lubbock, TX; one sister, Mrs. Harrell "Wanda" Hallmark, of Cisco, TX; her Mother and Father, Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Morris of Cisco, TX.
