Patsy Ann Leverett-Crawford, age 79, of Duke, passed away, Thursday afternoon, December 22, 2016, at Plantation Village Care Center, in Altus.
Patsy (Pat) was born in Altus, Oklahoma on February 16, 1937, to Guy W. and Winnie Lee (Spraggins) Garrison. She married Paul Dale (Bud) Leverett, making their home in Duke Oklahoma where they loved and raised three children, Stephen, ReGina and Mike.
Bud preceded her in death in in 1997.
Pat married Billy D. Crawford in 2004. They shared the next twelve years traveling and sharing time with their children and grandchildren. She continued to live on the family farm in Duke until failing health prevented her from doing so.
Pat was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a lifelong resident of Jackson County and a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Duke, Oklahoma. Additionally Pat served on a number of community service boards and charitable organizations in Duke, Altus and the Jackson County Area. She was a member of the Duke Town and Country Club
Survivors include Bill of the home in Duke, Oklahoma; children Stephen Leverett and wife Charlotte of Justin, Texas; ReGina Farquhar and husband Bruce of Altus, Mike Leverett of Lexington, Oklahoma; grandchildren Jacob Farquhar, Jordan Leverett, Heather Leverett, Dylan Leverett, Logan Leverett, Morgan Leverett; great grandchildren Colton Leverett, Owen Leverett, and Carson Leverett; sisters in-law Beth Boardman, Boulder Colorado, Luene Lane, Canyon, Texas and Lynda Smith, Altus, Oklahoma and a host of cousins and friends.
She was blessed to share life with her extended family; children Donita and Harold Gene Milner, Connie Osmus, and Todd Crawford; grandchildren Jason and Michelle Milner, Josh Milner, Jena and Cameron Walterscheid, Adrianne Osmus, Deleigh and Justin Hodge, Kyle Osmus, Nicholas Osmus; great grandchildren Gage Milner Grant Milner, Cameron Milner, Canyon Walterscheid, Case Walterscheid and Maggie Osmus, Adyson Hodge and Jaxon Hodge. She was preceded in death by her husband Bud, her parents, and brothers Roy and Lynn Garrison.
Funeral services for Pat Leverett-Crawford will be at 2 p.m., Tuesday, December 27, 2016, at the Duke First Baptist Church with Rev. Keith Wiginton officiating. Interment will follow at the Duke Rock Cemetery under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home, of Altus.
The family will greet friends at Lowell-Tims Funeral Home on Monday evening, December 26, 2016, from 6 until 7 p.m.
