Obituary for Paul Homer Cofer
Mr. P.H. Cofer, age 93, long time resident of Eldorado died yesterday at Harmon County Hospital.

Memorial services have been set for 2:30 P.M., Thursday at the First Baptist Church in Eldorado, officiated by the Reverend Laverne Laing. Burial will be in Eldorado Cemetery under direction of Lowell Funeral Home.

Born August 15th, 1878 in Rome, Georgia, he had lived in the Eldorado Community since 1925. He was a member of the Methodist Church.

Survivors include: one son, Ray of Eldorado; four daughters, Mrs. Mabel O'Dell of Eldorado, Mrs. Myrtle Gibson of Littlefield, TX, Mrs. Gertrude Peagan of Mt. Grove, MO and Mrs. Dollie Jamison of Matador, TX; one brother, Mr. Ray Cofer of Brooksville, FL; nineteen grandchildren; a number of great and great-great grandchildren; three step-sons, Leo Newberry of Eldorado, Floyd of Tulsa and Joe of Bartlesville, OK.

The body will lie in state at Lowell-Richardson Memorial Chapel in Eldorado.
