Obituary for Peggy Needham
Peggy Lauber Needham, age 73, of Altus, died Wednesday January 29th, 1992 at her home. She was born September 30, 1918 in Rock Island, IL to Henry and Marie Lauber. She married Milton J. Needham on December 29, 1936 in Morrison, IL. He preceded her in death in 1983. Mrs. Needham was a property manager and had moved to Altus from Arlington, TX eight years ago. She was a member of the Prince of Peace Catholic Church. Her family and the books from the Library of the Blind were her loves.
Wake will be held at 8:00 p.m., Friday, January 31, 1992 at the Lowell Tims Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at 2 P.M., Saturday, February 1, 1992 at the Prince of Peace Catholic Church with burial to follow at the Restlawn Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home. Father Bruce Natsuhara will officiate. Memorials may be made to the Prince of Peace Catholic Church.
Survivors include: her Mother, Marie Lauber of Rock Island, IL; two children, Ronald Needham of Iron Station, NC and Nancy Crain of Blair, OK; a sister, Doris Elaine Johnston of Rock Island, IL; seven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Milton Needham, 9-17-1983; her Father.
