Obituary for Richard Forehand
Richard Lee Forehand 54 of Altus, Oklahoma and forrmerly of Jonesboro, died 6:15 pm Friday October 26, 2001 at his home in Altus, Ok.

He was born June 10, 1947 in Anna, Ill. the son of Sherman Lee and Pearl Ollie Simms Forehand. He married Judith Blaney in 1965 and she preceded him in death April 23, 1997. He married Dee Jay Powell August 20, 1998 in Las Vegas Nev. He is survived by his wife, Dee Jay of Altus, Oklahoma, one son Derrick forehand of Sacremeno, Calif; one daughter, Angela chandler of Altus, Oklahoma a stepson, A.F. Powell of Altus, one Step-daughter, Heather Powell of Altus; one brother, Charles Thomas of Waynesburg, Pa. and one sister, Martha Furlow of Cobden; 3 grandchildren, Dustin Chandler, Brittany Chandler and Katelyn chandler and other relatives.

He was a retired Flight Simulator Maintenance Manager with the US Air Force. He retired in 1989. He was a graduate of A-J CHS, Class of 1965.


funeral services for Richard Lee Forehand will be held 3:00pm Monday , October 29, 2001 at the Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna, Ill. with Rev. Jimmy Keller officiating. Interment with full military honors by Anna Ill. VFW Post #3455 will be in Jonesboro Cemerery.

Friends may call at the Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna, Ill. from 1 to 3 pm Monday. Memorials may be made to the Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna Ill.

Local arrangements are under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral HOme.
