Frenchie French was born October 10, 1960 at Flint Michigan. He was the son of the late Robert Charles and Christeen (Gray) French. He died December 26, 2003 in Altus, Oklahoma.

Frenchie had been a resident of Altus for the past 3 years, moving here from Lawton, Oklahoma. He was a Loan Office Manager at Surety Finance. He served in the United States Army for 4 years, where he received the Army Service Ribbon, the Overseas Ribbon, and the Good Conduct Medal, before being honorably discharged. He enjoyed the arts arts, especially collecting eagles. Survivors include one son; Robert Charles French III, three brothers; Daniel Mahoney and Jessica of Minn. Frederic Mahoney and Tedi of Mich., dennis Mahoney and Suzanne of Mich. Patricia Weaver and Daniel of Minn., andCynthia Reeves of Mich., special companion Evelyn Buxton of Altus, Oklahoma, and special friend Leon r. Walls of Headrick, Oklahoma.

Private family services will take place at a later date.
Lowell-Tims Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
