RONNIE KITCHEN
Ronnie Kitchen, 65 of Hollis, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, February 11, 2018 at Harmon Memorial Hospital in Hollis.
Ronnie was born in Hollis on August 28, 1952 to his parents Winford Wilson Kitchen and Jewel Mae (Stallings) Kitchen. Ronnie lived most of his life in Hollis. He worked in welding, refrigeration, and later as an insurance agent until his health declined and he retired. He attended the Assembly of God in Hollis where he enjoyed playing music and was baptized in Oklahoma City at the Southwest Church of Christ. Ronnie enjoyed hunting and fishing, riding horses, bronc riding and rodeos, going to garage sales, and coaching little league softball, baseball, and football.
Preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Michelle Kitchen; three sisters, Rhonda Montgomery; Loretta Wadlow; and Sandra Montague; Ronnie is survived by a son, Zachary Scott Kitchen of Hominy, Oklahoma; two brothers, Donnie Kitchen and wife Kaleen of Yukon, Oklahoma; and Faron Kitchen of Hollis; his sister, Kathi Copper of Mississippi; two grandchildren, Blake and Collin Kitchen; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, other family members, and many friends.
Memorial services will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, February 19, 2018 at the Harmon County Funeral Home Chapel in Hollis with Pastor Ricky Crouch officiating.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Harmon County Funeral Home in Hollis, Oklahoma.
