Obituary for Roxie Azalene Beasley
Roxie Azalene Beasley , age 89, longtime resident of Eldorado died at the Harmon County Memorial Hospital on Monday, June 13th, 1994.

Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Eldorado Church of Christ officiated by Mike Marsellus and Bill Osborne. Burial will follow in the Eldorado Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home.

She was born November 15th, 1904 at Celina, Texas. She was the daughter of Jessie and Ella Black. She married Jessie Stanton Beasley and was retired from Civil Service with the U.S. Government. He preceded her in death in January 1980.

The family requests donations be made to the First State Bank and Trust in Hollis in care of Dayle Pennington. Funds to be used for the purchase of a new van for the Colonial Manor II Nursing Home in Hollis.

Survivors include: a daughter, Azalene Curry and husband Sam of Sedona, AZ; three sisters,
Effie Robinson of Sanford, FL, Leo Kelley of Mustang, OK and Opal Fox of Princeton, NJ; three grandchildren, Cheri Curry, Ramona Curry and Scott Curry; four great-grandchildren, Matthew, Jonathan and Christopher Curry-Edwards and Rosa Morgan Curry-Nordyke.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband, J.S. Beasley, 1-29-80.
