Obituary for Ruth M. Bell
Former Duke resident Ruth M. Bell of Altus, Oklahoma age 89, passed away Sunday, June 1, 1997 at the English Village Nursing Home. Ruth was born March 14, 1908, at Duke, Oklahoma. She and Arthur Lee Bell were united in marriage. they made their home in Duke for many years. Mr. Bell preceded her in death March 5, 1966. Ruth had been a resident of English Village Nursing Home for many years. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Graveside Services are scheduled Wednesday, June 4, 1997 at 10;) am at Rock Cemetery with Bill Osborne officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home.

Survivors include cousin J.D. Ballard of Duke, Oklahoma.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Arthur Lee Bell and one sister.
