Obituary for Sam Henery Miles
Graveside services for Sam Henery Miles, age 87, of Altus, Oklahoma, are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Saturday at the Altus City Cemetery. Rev. Robert Bostic will officiate. Mr. Miles was born August 17, 1904 in Tyler, Texas to Barry and Cora Miles. He had recently moved to Altus from Tyler, Texas where he had worked for a local lumber yard. He was a member of the Tyler Baptist Church.

Survivors include: five children, Sammie Mae Stewart of Altus, OK, Trenton Miles of Long Beach, CA, Arthur Miles of Dallas, TX. Cleo Webb of Lawton, OK and Dorothy Jean Gossett of Tyler, Texas; 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by: his wife; his parents.
