Obituary for Sammuel Allen Crenshaw
Samuel Allen Crenshaw, a beloved member of the Hollis, Oklahoma community, passed away in Oklahoma City at the age of thirty-five.
Born on September 10, 1988, in Amarillo, Texas, Samuel was the cherished son of Chris Allen Crenshaw and Rhonda Inola Best. At the tender age of three, Samuel and his family relocated to Hollis, Oklahoma, where he was raised and received his education. Samuel dedicated himself to his work, serving with diligence at Navitas gas, where he managed their Harmon County office.
Known for his remarkable intellect and ability to grasp new concepts with astonishing speed, Samuel possessed a unique gift for making those around him feel at ease. With his outgoing nature and quick wit, he filled every room with laughter and joy. Samuel had a mischievous side, often delighting in playful pranks. No cell phone was safe from his antics, as he would ingeniously alter settings, leaving surprises for unsuspecting friends and family members to discover later.
Despite his playful nature, Samuel had a deep love for his family, especially his cherished nephews, Dustin, Jayden, and Levi. He treasured every moment spent with them, showering them with affection and gifts. Samuel's generosity extended beyond his nephews, as he always found joy in giving to those he loved.
Samuel is survived by his devoted mother, Rhonda I Nola (Best) Sprouse, and her husband, Robin; his father, Chris Crenshaw, and his wife, Lenora; his brothers, Ronnie and his wife, Beatriz, and Erick Best; nephews, Dustin, Jayden,Levi Best; friends whom Sam considered family, Adam and Connie Bromlow, Johnny and Liz Skaats, step-sisters, Tena Armber and husband Josh, Miriah Kincaid and finance Michael; along with numerous other beloved family members.
In honoring Samuel's memory, let us cherish the laughter he brought into our lives and the love he shared with all who knew him.
A memorial visitation will be 4:30p.m. Saturday, May 11, 2024 at 202 east Broadway, Hollis, Oklahoma 73550.
