Obituary for Sarah Lavesta Waller
Funeral services for Sarah Lavesta Waller, long time resident of Eldorado, Oklahoma have been scheduled for 2:00pm Sunday at the First Baptist Church of Eldorado. Rev. Dean Goodfellow and Rev. Billy Roy Hall will officiate. Interment will follow in the Eldorado Cemetery under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home.

Lavesta was born July 2, 1903 in Quanah, Texas ti William and Elizabeth"Lizzie" (Robinson) Helms. She married Abner Turner Waller and he preceded her in death in 1995. Mrs. Waller was a longtime member of the Eldorado First Baptist Church where she was very active. She was a homemaker and devoted wife and mother. Mrs Waller passed away December 30, 1999 at the Grace Living Center in Altus.

Lavesta is survived by her children, L. C. and Jolene Waller of Eldorado, Oklahoma, Ira Lee and Earlene Waller of Amarillo, Texas, Arlene Adams of Eldorado, Oklahoma, and Geneva and Tommy Proffitt of Lakeview, Texas; two sisters, Effie Corley of Slatlin, Texas and Para Livingston of Chickasha, Oklahoma; and by 13 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and 18 great-great grandhildren.
