Billy Allen Head is survived by his mother Mrs. Harvey Head, of Altus, Oklahoma; grandparents, Mr and Mrs. Leonard Head, Lawton, Oklahoma; Mr. and Mrs Jasper Nation, Altus, Oklahoma.
